This may be due to restricted access however this can easily be solved. 

Please note, that if you are a primary user, you can solve this problem yourself following these steps.

  1. Click on Contracts in the top menu
  2. Choose the contract you want to edit and then click on the edit button on the left handside 
  3.  Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the "Users" section on the left hand side. 
  4. Here you can tick the users you want to have access to this job board.
  5. You can also give credit allocation on here as well by clicking on the credit allocation button. 
  6. Once done, at the bottom of the page, tick the little checkbox in front of the edit button and then click on the edit button to edit the contract.
  7. Repeat these steps for all your contracts
If you're not the primary user, please contact your manager and ask him to follow this solution. If it doesn't solve the problem, please open a support ticket.
