Where can I find the reviewing system?
You can find the reviewing system in the job manager page on your job on the far-right hand side.
What do the Icons mean on the reviewing system?
- Circle – Job doesn’t need to be reviewed yet
- Tick – Means the job has been reviewed
- Explanation mark – Job has been on WaveTrackR for 90 days or more and needs to be reviewed.
What is the reviewing system?
The reviewing system is where you will be able to review your jobs and put in whether you hired someone for this role and if you would like to expire the job. Depending on what icon is showing on the reviewing system you will know what stage your job is at. If you would like to add in your hire data or expire a job early, simply click on the button and follow the steps.
What happens if the person that was hired didn’t come up in the list?
There is an option to be able to enter the hired candidate’s details manually, so it still goes through that you hired someone for that job.
What is the Revenue field?
Here is where you will need to add in the revenue this hire will make as on the Analytics page, it will show you the highest performing recruiter as well as best revenue making job board.
What if I add in hire data on the ‘add hire’ page, will this review my job?
Yes, if you add data into the add hire page this will automatically make the job you added hire data for reviewed and you won’t need to use the reviewing system. (unless you want to expire the job if it isn’t already)
