Job failed to Submit:

If it has failed to ‘Submit’ this will be because a mandatory field hasn’t been filled out. The error message will say what hasn’t been filled out. Please go back and fill out the outstanding field and try to submit the job again.


Failed on some of your boards:


If the job has successfully posted onto some of your job boards but failed on one or more, there will be an error message saying why it has failed.

If the error message is incorrect credentials on your account, please contact WaveTrackR support and let them know the error you have received.

If the error message is about location, please revise your location you have put in the field.

If there is an error message you aren’t sure about, please contact WaveTrackR support and let them know the error message you have received.


Can’t select job boards:

If you are unable to select any of your contacts 1. Because there isn’t any there or 2. Because its greyed out, please contact your account manager.

(1.     You haven’t got access to the job boards contracts, 2. You don’t have any credits available)
